How We Work
1. Discovery
We work closely with our customers to gain a clear understanding of their company, product lines, and needs, to determine how we can best provide solutions.
2. Design
In the early phases of design, our team of engineers will work with you to develop a product that meets your specifications as well as aid in the design for manufacturability before it moves to production. We are also able to provide 2D or 3D models of products.
3. Quotes
Once we understand your goals, design and specifications, our team will work with you to provide a quote proposal and launch timeline to bring your product to market.
4. Production
Once the design is approved, your product is moved into production where it is fabricated by our highly skilled team and will follow our quality control process before your product is shipped to you for on-time delivery.
5. Product Management
We follow Six Sigma best practices, which allows us to better reduce waste, increase speed and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
