Conchita Castillo
Senior Director of Operations
Conchita has more than 30 years of experience directing supply chain and operations for manufacturing companies in the contract manufacturing, consumer, electronics, industrial and medical device industries. She joined L&T in November 2021 to develop and manage a high performing supply chain team that continues to deliver significant, sustained performance for the business, and L&T’s customers and partners.
An accomplished leader and lean manufacturing practitioner, Conchita is consistently recognized for training and mentoring cross-functional teams and cultivating collaborative partnerships inside and outside an organization. Conchita earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, Tijuana.
