Lynette Delos Santos
Senior Human Resources Manager
Lynette is driven by connecting people with an organization’s goals and values, and providing strategies and tools to help people in a company succeed. Lynette joined L&T Precision in January 2022 with more than 20 years of human resource management experience in the manufacturing and travel industries.
She has a comprehensive background in employee relations and engagement, organizational development, workforce planning, total rewards, government compliance and employee health and safety.
Lynette has a passion for building relationships with people, and exhibiting trust and consideration for their wellbeing. She strives to create a positive work environment for everyone to succeed. Lynette is certified in PHR, PHRca and SHRM-CP. She earned her bachelor’s in business management from the University of Phoenix, San Diego; and attended the extended studies program at San Diego State University to further her human resources education.
