Ramon Castaneda
Engineering Manager
Ramon earned his bachelor’s degree as a Mechatronics Engineer from Universidad Autonoma de Baja California, Tecate. He went on to earn his master’s degree at Cetys Universidad, Tijuana, in industrial engineering with focus in manufacturing processes. During the last 5 years Ramon has lead several Engineering teams driving for process improvement with a systematic approach.
As a lean manufacturing practitioner, Ramon has focused on mentoring Engineering teams in creating robust manufacturing systems, developing new skills and recognizing engineering talent early in the mentoring process.
He joined L&T Precision in May 2023 to support the Engineering team with more than 10 years of experience in several manufacturing process like: Plating, Finishing, Powder Coat, Assembly, Die cast and stamping.
