Rick Ivko
Controller
Rick has a well-earned reputation for being an innovative and results-oriented accounting and finance leader. He joined L&T Precision in December 2021 and oversees all finance operations. Rick has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance and human resources management for diverse industries such as software development, semiconductor manufacturing, retail distribution and professional services, with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses.
Prior to joining L&T, he held the positions of Controller and Chief Financial Officer at both public and privately held companies in the Southern California area. Rick obtained his master’s in business administration and bachelor’s in accounting from National University, San Diego.
